Direct Healthcare Launch Field Recruiter Scheme

This week, Direct Healthcare has officially launched its new Field Recruiter scheme! This is exciting news for DH24 candidates, who are now able to earn spectacular referral bonuses.

At Direct healthcare, we know that when it comes to referral fees, agencies like to promise the world. However, nurses are often left disappointed with their referral bonuses. Loopholes in Ts & Cs or overly complicated rules can sometimes lead to referral bonuses being far less than anticipated.

That’s why at Direct Healthcare, all our nurses have the opportunity to become Field Recruiters. As a Field Recruiter, you will sign an official service agreement where the terms of our referral scheme are laid out clearly and are fully transparent. Each Field Recruiter will also receive a unique ‘Referrer ID’ which they must use each time they submit a referral.

With Direct Healthcare, the more you refer, the more you earn. Full details are below:

• 1^st Referral - £150
• 2^nd Referral - £175
• 3^rd Referral - £200
• 4^th Referral - £225
• 5^th Referral - £250

Each referral after your 5^th is also paid at £250!

The good news doesn’t stop there, as DH24 are also introducing a monthly prize draw as an extra incentive to get your referrals in. We will be giving away an Apple iPad every month – and all you must do to enter is submit a referral.
