We provide compassionate, high-quality support for children and young people who are in crisis or transitional placements. Our goal is to create safe, nurturing environments that promote stability, independence, and emotional growth for each young person we support.

These placements are often arranged at short notice and are designed to meet the complex needs of young people who may be experiencing mental health challenges or behavioural difficulties. Many placements are solo support packages, tailored around the individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Support

Provide one-to-one care for young people aged 10–18 in emergency or short-term placements. Encourage personal growth, life skills, and independence through positive role modelling and daily support.

Safeguarding

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of each young person, following all safeguarding procedures and working closely with social workers and other professionals.

Emotional & Behavioural Support

Build trusting relationships, support emotional wellbeing, and respond calmly to challenging behaviours using trauma-informed approaches.

Administration & Compliance

Maintain clear records, contribute to risk assessments and support plans, and follow company policies and regulatory standards.
